The city of Brentwood has named as its new Community Relations director a former reporter with more than two decades of related experience in the Middle Tennessee area. Charles Booth comes to the city with 22 years of journalism and public sector communications and marketing experience. He replaces Deanna Lambert, who held the position for six years. Booth has most recently served as director of communication at Austin Peay State University, a position that accounted for almost five of his 15 years with the Communications Department at the university.
